- Are you under 18 years of age?
- Do you have more than 2 skin lesions?
- Is the lesion located on the genitalia?
- Do you think the lesion is infected or a rash?
- Is the lesion larger than a £1 coin (23mm)?
- Have you had previous treatment for this lesion?
- Is the lesion wet or open?
- Is the lesion covered (i.e. by hair or tattoos)?
- Have you used the skin lesion service in the last 3 months?
- Are you able to travel to Colchester Primary Care Centre, Turner Road, Colchester CO4 5JR?
