Register with the surgery

Catchment area

To register as a new patient you will need to live within our catchment area.

The practice boundary is in the process of being reviewed. If you live within the CM postcode area, we advise that you try to register with a practice in the CM postcode area for the purpose of continuity of care.

You can phone us on 01621 816475 if you have any questions about your eligibility.

Find out which GPs you can register with on the NHS website.

Please note that every care has been taken in the preparation of information on this postcode mapping tool, however there may be instances where the postcode mapping tool does not include your location even though it is within our practice boundary. An example of this may be new housing developments where the postcodes are not yet included on Google.

In these circumstances please check on the practice map above for more details, or contact the practice.
