Surgery closures
The practice will be closed from 12:30pm on the following dates for staff training. Please be aware that these half day closures have been arranged by the NHS Suffolk & North East Essex Integrated Care Board and applies to all surgeries in the North East Essex area.

- 25th February 2025
If you need advice or to be seen during these times, please follow the out of hours procedures by calling NHS 111 or attending the Urgent Treatment Centre at Colchester Hospital.

If you need help when we are closed
Between 18:30 and 08:00 Monday to Friday, and all day at weekends and bank holidays, normal out of hours cover arrangements will apply. Calls to the practice will be redirected to the NHS 111 Service.
If you have a medical problem that cannot wait until the practice reopens you are advised to dial 111 and this will connect you with the out of hours arrangements for the area. The level of service will be similar to that on a normal weekend or evening.
Call 999 in an emergency. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
