The Colte Partnership will be dissolving as of 31st March 2026. We would like to reassure you that our GP practice will continue to operate independently, as it always has, with our own partners, clinical team, and staff.
There will be no change to:
- Your GP care
- How you make appointments
- Your medical records
- The way you contact the practice
Our priority remains providing safe, high-quality care to our patients, and this change does not affect that commitment.
