If you require urgent medical assistance which cannot wait until the surgery opens, please call 111. Calls to the NHS 111 service are free from both landlines and mobiles. Alternatively, you can attend the urgent treatment centre at Colchester General Hospital.

The practice is closed on weekends and bank holidays. We open at 08:00 and close at 18:30 Monday to Friday.
Please call NHS 111 for all medical advice or 999 for emergencies.
Emergencies
Please only attend the accident and emergency department if your problem requires urgent medical attention. Inappropriate attendance delays treatment for others who may need urgent assistance.
In a genuine emergency you should call 999.
Dental problems
Please note general practice staff are not trained in dental matters. All dentists are required to provide an emergency service and you should be able to get any advice from them. If you require emergency dental treatment you can also contact an emergency dentist by calling NHS 111.
