Message from the Tiptree Medical Centre management team

We are concerned as are many of our patients that our telephone system is not as effective as we hoped it would be.  The issue on 27.4.23 was a major incident across a wide area with the BT Network.  The system is part of a wider network and is not stand alone to Tiptree Medical Centre. We report to the providers any issues that we are made aware of and are working with the provider to make improvements to the system.

We apologise for the inconvenience some of our patients are currently facing to get through on the telephones.  To clarify: the appointment system provides some pre bookable appointments and appointments that are bookable on the day.

If you would like to share your experiences to help us make improvements, we would ask that you go onto our website and message the management team using the feedback link.  This will help track the call and investigate each specific issue.  If you can state, the day and time you called in that would be helpful.

We will communicate regularly via our website with updates and issues as they arise.
