Annette joined the practice in March 2024 and brings over 20 years primary care experience to the team. When not working, she enjoys spending time with her family and especially her two little dogs Rosie and Bella.

Jason has worked in Primary Care since 2017 and has a background in community pharmacy. Outside of work, he likes to keep fit by running, and enjoys photography and video editing.

Care coordinators

Jess & Michaela are our care coordinators. They undertake clinical audits to monitor the quality of patient care as well as providing data for submissions and reporting requirements. Together they ensure all patients records are maintained and up to date.
Pharmacy team

Clinical pharmacists

Our clinical pharmacists check that medication requests from hospitals and other clinicians are kept up to date, helping to ensure patient safety. They also conduct medication reviews with patients on the telephone and face to face.

Pharmacy technician
The pharmacy technicians run reports to ensure compliance and undertake clinics for long term condition monitoring. They liaise with colleagues within the ICB’s Medicines Management Team to ensure appropriate prescribing within the practice.

The prescription clerks process your repeat prescription requests and check that your medication reviews are up-to-date. They communicate with patients when any blood tests or blood pressure checks are required in relation to their medicines.

The reception team are our friendly first point of contact when you come in to or telephone surgery, providing a competent service that helps you book appointments, signposting you to the correct clinicians and services.

Liesja our secretary provides comprehensive secretarial services to the practice, processes patient letters, and communicates with various healthcare professionals and outside agencies to maintain safe patient pathways.
