for all patients 65 years old and over OR have an underlying health condition

If you are a healthy 50 – 64 years old please phone Monday to Friday from 16th October, after 2pm, and one of our reception team will be happy to book an appointment for you.

It would be appreciated if you could please submit any future prescription requests via our online service. Please do so by filling out a Request Medications Online form.
