Annette Bloomfield – Practice Manager

Annette joined us in March 2024 and brings over 20 years primary care experience to the team. When not working, she enjoys spending time with her family and especially her two little dogs Rosie and Bella

Simone Howard – Branch Supervisor

Simone has been working in primary care for 15 years. She joined the Practice in 2017 as our Practice Secretary. In June 2022, Simone took on the role of Branch Supervisor, whereby she has been responsible for managing the daily requirements of the Practice, liaising with both staff and patients. In her spare time she enjoys long dog walks with her puppy.

Care Coordinators

Michaela Bewers – Care Co-Ordinators

Lucy & Michaela are our Care Coordinators. They undertake clinical audits to monitor the quality of patient care as well as providing data for submissions and reporting requirements. Together they ensure all patients records are maintained and up to date.

Our clinical pharmacists ensure medication requests from hospitals and other clinicians are kept up to date. They also conducts medication reviews with patients on the telephone and face to face.

Liesja our secretary provides comprehensive secretarial services to the practice, processes patient letters and communicates with various healthcare professionals and outside agencies to maintain safe patient pathways.

They ensure a friendly and competent service when you contact the surgery.
