- Strive to improve the health of our population and encourage self-care. Encourage patients to use both the practice resources and those of the wider NHS responsibly.
If you do not need a face to face consultation but would like some advice from either a member of the clincal or adminstrative team please send us a message. You can find this option under Contact Details at the top of this page
We receive between 500 and 800 phone call every day. Please help us reduce the demand on the telephone by contacting us via this website. Our Website offers you a convenient way for you to access services, view information on the practice and links you to sites that can offer health advice and support. You can manage your appointments by booking, changing and cancelling appointments. You can order medication, view your summary care record and contact us for advice when a face to face consultation is not needed. You can also contact us on Tiptreemedicalcentre@nhs.net
Get Well, Keep Well
Of course we’re not just here for when you are unwell. Our team of healthcare professionals and back-up staff offer a number of clinics and services to promote good health and wellbeing whatever your medical condition.
