This service is for those suffering from depression, anxiety, phobias, panic, obsessive compulsive disorder, post-traumatic stress and health or social anxiety. You can self-refer to this service online.

Dementia Advisor

We have a Dementia Advisor contactable via the practice. She can offer help and support to patients, patients families and their carers. Please ask at reception for details.

Podiatry

For diabetic patients who have been referred by the doctors or nurses for specialist foot care.

Our care advisor can assist you with a range of information and advice on subjects including:

Smoking Cessation Advisor / Lifestyle Coach
